A GAZEBO OF JOURNEYS AND RANDOM THOUGHTS OF AN AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHER AND WRITER. Life is a series of pictures. Some blurred, others vivid and sharp; some are panoramic while others are close-up views with tiny little flaws. You may be taken by a luxurious DSLR camera or a plain Point and Shoot Cam, but in the end, when all of the films are used up and all batteries empty, people all have one thing in common: what we leave are footprints in the sand, pictures in the album, and flashes of memories.

3-DAY BOHOL TRIP c/o KUYA JOHNNY

See our itinerary here. :)

Part of our tour package was the accommodation (inclusive of breakfast) and we were housed inside apartment No. 2. There were a total of 4 apartment units  just beside Kuya Johnny's home.

THE APARTMENT
(Sorry, I don't have a picture of its facade)
Let's just have a tour around the apartment.
It is a two-storey apartment equipped with a Cable TV, refrigerator, a table, chairs, expandable couch, eating utensils, and free drinking water.

The bathroom was okay. But we were not picky though (and this is not a five-star hotel -- so very understandable), and we don't care as long as we can take a shower everyday. :)
There's also (I call it..) the "laundry room" where guests can "manually" wash their clothes or simply hang them to dry. (just like what we did after the E.A.T Danao Adventure)

Now.. let's go upstairs...

The second floor is simply made up of 2 rooms, which can accommodate at least 5 people per room. So.. a total of 10 tourists (small to medium frame, that is) plus about 3 people on the expendable couch on the ground floor!! ha-ha-ha!! And Kuya Johnny is open for negotiations. Thumbs up! :)

"Ang Boarders ni Kuya" watching PBB House Teen Edition. :))
lying on the expendable couch.

FREE BREAKFAST!!
Breakfast is not first class, but just enough for us. :)
For the four of us, breakfast included one platter of rice + two viands + hot coffee.
Simply satisfying for weight-conscious people. :-)

VEHICLES
Kuya Johnny's vans can accommodate 10 persons each.
On our first day, we were toured by this white-colored van.

On our second day, we were taken to our E.A.T. Danao Adventure through this gray van.

On our third and last day, we were brought by Kuya Johnny himself to the Terminal.

We may not have stayed in a 5-star hotel, but Kuya Johnny's hospitality made us feel like celebrities. :)
5 stars to Kuya Johnny!! (we couldn't help but take a picture with him! <3)

E.A.T. DANAO (bohol) feat. WALL CLIMBING

ACTIVITIES in E.A.T DANAO ADVENTURE PARK:

+ wall climbing
This "light" adventure is sure fun for only Php 100. :)

Since I have tried this at La Mesa Eco Park (view post) in Manila, I was not interested to try and just volunteered as the official photographer. :D

To add fun to our activity, my best friends (who were the two climbers) decided to make it into a contest.
Whoever reaches the top first is more beautiful. Ha-ha-ha!
So we started the game..
On your marks, get set, go!!!!

And Ivy wins!!! :))

+ The Plunge see post
+ Caving see post
+Zipline
+ Rappeling
+ Cable Car Riding
+ Picnic/sight seeing

SHIPHAUS (bohol)

This unique house, owned by Capt. Gaundencio Dumapias (a Boholano), has currently become one of Bohol's tourist attractions ever since it gained people's attention after it has been fully built and blessed last April of 2011. It further gained its popularity after being featured in Filipino TV shows.

I found their facebook page HERE, where any interested visitor can inquire.
(Take a peek, it's open for the public)

Sorry, those are all the pictures I got. (thank you Myra for the pictures) We had no time to get in.
Entrance fee is Php 30 only. :)

SAGBAYAN PEAK (bohol)

Entrance fee is Php20 only.
This is a mini-park with Disney characters in some areas. It reminded me of the BAKER'S HILL in Palawan. :D But the highlight of this place is the "peak", where visitors can look at a spectacular view of the famous Chocolate Hills.

By the entrance..

walk.. walk..walk...

THE KID'S TOWN
where the young and old can enjoy!
